Delta Force

Season 6 of the Delta Force extraction shooter, codenamed "War Ablaze", launches tomorrow. Owners of the game should expect a large update - they are quoting at least 25GB.

Changes include new operators, new weapons and vehicles and special events, plus the usual mission refresh.

Delta Force Season 5, codename Break, is here. Launched yesterday, the update brings new operators, new maps, Zero Dam night mode and a new water mechanic with jet ski and Blacksite upgrades for underwater breathing. Delta Force Season 4, codename Eclipse Vigil, starts today. Changes include a new operator, night mode, new weapons and new difficulty modes for Zero Dam.

Other changes include a new Loot Protection System whereby players without kills/assists must wait 120 seconds to open a crate, or request an unlock. The soundscape has also been improved to help identify where enemy footsteps are coming from.
