This week sees a number of changes to the Site following many long evenings of coding by Mesmer :) The new DHTML sidebar is neat and hiding within it is a new Members section - keep an eye on this, new toys soon!

Within the features section we have new additions, Humour (that is stuff considered funny by AngryDaz - hit and miss at times :) (no bias, no bias!) and forthcoming sections on Recipes from our resident big eater Terry 'FatGet' Hatchet. AngryDaz will also be documenting some of his favourite poncey/arty-bollox bar crawls, lets wait and see on this section!

Desert Fox welcomes another guest to its clan duel ladder tonight - Trebz, friend of the clan, quakeworld victim at Clan Lan Sessions and a news hound at BarrysWorld :) Welcome aboard mate.

200 Ladder Matches have been played. Quite funky that.

In light of all this AoE stuff Wij is wondering whether he can mention that he is an awesome King of Fighters 97 player on the Members page? No? What about Tiddliwinks? No? Grrr };-(

As our MCW season drifts to a close (two default wins) we've taken to playing Age of Empires again, this time in its Rise of Rome form. The members page has been updated accordingly. As was expected Skon is proving to be rather good - far too much practice over the last few months I suspect :) Our ratings are on MSN Zone, we're still working out how to extend this site to include AOE:ROR - suggestions welcome...

Easter Weekend: Reubs is hosting the now traditional Lan party. If you know where I live turn up anytime Friday morning onwards (for those Clansters not doing the Otley Run on Thursday - in which case make it Friday afternoon :)

A new Fox of the Week is up.

DF_AngryDaz plays his long awaited first ladder matches against DF_KillerBean. Despite losing, there is no doubt that he has improved greatly since an unofficial practice duel a week ago. Fox, KillerBean and TerryHatchet will need to watch themselves at the foot of the ladder.

Skins for new clan members KillerBean and AngryDaz are now available. Can all clan members please either download them from the Members page (Home skins only), or download the whole Home and Away skin packs from the Skins page.

DF win in MCW. By default.

Things are looking good for DF-Reubs ladder position. How can this unbelievable state of affairs be? BULLYING of course. Certain lower ranked ladder people have commented that as soon as they get online Reubs appears as if by magic. This situation will be monitored by the anonymous ladder overseer :)

DFC lose in the MCW again. Now there's a turn up for the books. See results page for match report (if it can be called that).

DF-Mirage has made a good start in the BarrysWorld QuakeCup beating Darff 3 - 1 on DM2. Mirage goes on to play Rabid Rat in the next round.

DFC lost their first match to DV. A somewhat brief match report is available.
On a happier note FOTW has been updated at last after Wij's 2 bouts of flu.
There will be no praccy with MM this Sunday because most of DF are off round to DF-Lynx's for a game and beer session.
Finally KillaBean has been accepted into the DF fold after chalking up his first win in the ladder.

Cheapo Proxy 2.6 is now required for MCW Season 6. Can all clan members ensure that they have this version.

The DFC Ladder has recently witnessed its 150th match, however this is in part due to the bullying campaign that DF-EvilGoblin appears to have embarked upon. Goblin has played our Ladder newbie, Killerbean, 4 times in the past week or two. This will be tolerated no longer.

The draw for the MCW Cup has been made, and DFC face the winner of RSI vs MI next Wednesday (6th Jan) at 9:10pm. The map is E1M2, team to be decided.
